BER Reports are now law to have for selling or renting.

 

Be sure to have a certified engineer to do this.  There are several in our area.  I have a card of one engineer that did a 1 bedroom for 100€, which is cheaper then other certified engineers below.  Please note.  Up to D1&2 are acceptable anything below is a little iffy!!!  If you have gas that will boost your rating and benefit the report.
