Flood Meeting Monday 17th of Jan, 2011

Meeting held on March Tuesday 15th 2011, has found that at least 2 people from Ongar Village have been given a declination of aid from the complex insurance.
We are waiting on the decline report - but it is fairly resonable they have been decline due to the complex not meeting building regulations.

The meeting also discussed the evidence of pyrite in some areas/estates of Ongar.

It seems while some properties seem fine, others are in a terrible state.

A class action is being organised by the OCC against the builders Manor Park Homes and Fingal Co. Council.

We will be having a follow up meeting - this time inviting Premiere to the meeting to expalin to people the process and act as a group community as putting in claims.

This will be updated and the minutes of this meeting will be published in the side bar - Councils meeting minutes.
